Properties of product:
100% pressure test: Under 20.7~24Mpa of test pressure for 10~25sec, no leakage.
Amount to be passed from inner hole after neck is contracted: Gauge with ø 3.2 mm of ID, over 2.03 mm of diameter at end as well as over 76 mm of length can pass through freely.
Expansion test:
ø 3.2 mm: HR 2.59 mL/m; HL1.08mL/m
Burst strength: Under 27.6Mpa of pressure for 2 min, burst pressure ?? 34.5Mpa.
Compatibility of break solution: After fill full of break liquid at 93+5 0º C for 70~72 h, it can meet the requirement of neck contracted and after pass another 26.7Mpa for 2mint, its burst pressure should not be les than 34.5Mpa.
Bending and fatigue test: Under 800± 10rpm of rotating disk and 1.62Mpa of pressure, the life of bending test should not be less than 35 h.
Tensile test: Under 25 ± 3mm/min of speed and 1500N of pulling force, the phenomenon of joint falling off and rupture should not be taken place.
Test of low temperature resistant: At -40º C for 70 h, within 3~5 sec, bend it to 180° At least, the surface of flexible pipe should not exist visible crack.
Corrosion stability of joint: After salt fog test for 24 h, the parent metal of joint should not exist corrosive phenomenon.
