3/2D Solenoid Valve

Usage:
3/2D solenoid valve is a component in bi-temperature bi-control residential refrigerator and other similar refrigerating appliances, which can control the flow direction of refrigerant.

Working principle:
3/2D solenoid valve is made up of two parts, valve body and solenoid coil, with bridge rectifier circuit built-in. It is a straight-structure valve, which has overvoltage and overcurrent protection.

Working status A:
solenoid coil isn't electrified. At this condition, valve plug is pressed by restore spring to the two-capillary side and close the outlet port at this side. While the outlet port at single-capillary side is open, so refrigerant flows through the single-capillary side to evaporator in refrigerating chamber and then evaporator in chilling chamber and then flows back to compressor so as to finish a refrigerating cycle. Working status B: solenoid coil is electrified. At this condition, valve plug is moved by electromagnetic force against restore spring to the single-capillary side and close the outlet port at this side. While the outlet port at two-capillary side is open, so refrigerant flows through the two-capillary side to evaporator in chilling chamber and then flows back to compressor so as to finish a refrigerating cycle. Usage Notice:
3.1 Storage
The solenoid valves should be stored in a dry, ventilating warehouse without noxious gas inside.
3.2 Installation
When installing solenoid valve, we suggest to making the two-capillary side straight upwards.
3.3 Usage
Please refer to the parameters on the labels on valve body for your suitable application. Don't remove the dust-cap on connection ports until installation.
