Automatic Aluminum Foil Scrap System: Auto Sucker & Auto Presser
1. Automatic Sucker+Automatic Presser for Scrap Operation:
A. When production containers Turn ON of Auto Sucker, the Sucker's motor power is 0.75kw only, the foil scrap will be pushed by Sucker to inside of Auto Presser Unit.
B. The Presser have many photoelectric eyes to check under PLC program control. When the Presser container enough full, the Presser will work, hydraulic pressure system will pack the scrap, when scrap enough big height, automatic push the Aluminum Foli Mass out of Presser. Before the scrap full, the presser is not working.

2. Automatic Sucker+Semi-Auto Presser Operation:
A. When production containers Turn ON of Auto Sucker, the motor power is 0.75kw only, the foil scrap will be push to inside of Auto Presser Unit.
B. Checking the scrap fully or not by people, when it is full, Turn On of the Presser, and take out the scrap mass after pack by people manual.
