Asphalt Container (OJYX20-27)

OJYX20 series oil heating asphalt transport container has two specifications, I. E. 12000L and 27000L. It is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standards are GB/T 7392-1998 and ISO1496-2: 1996. The dimension for 20FT container is: L=6058mm, W=2438 mm, H=1290~2591mm, the rated capacity is 12000~27000L, the curb weight is 2900~4500 kg and the gross mass is 14660~30960 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250 degrees celsius.

The tank body of 20FT transport tank container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system that can input conduction oil or vapor to heat asphalt. The capacity of the tank is 25% larger than that of tank container. It is equipped with asphalt return tube, anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter and output asphalt rapid discharge valve and coupling. The frame is made of rectangle steel and is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for transfer transport of asphalt by road, railway and sea.
