Usage:

Rheometer is most widely-used instrument in quality control, rapid inspection and basic research of rubber industry.

The Rhometer provides accurate data for rubber optimized formula, able to measure out scorch time, cure time, scorch index, max. torque and min. torque

Features:

1. The instrument provides sealed die, and the repeatability and test data is comparable with Alpha. Computer controls temperature, drifting less than 0.2, raising speed 15/min.

2. The software is developed based on large database. Temperature control device employs software to control and data logging and handling, overcoming poor accuracy of common temperature controller.

3. Temperature control is fitted with variable structure and self-adaptive control with rapid speed and excellent stability.

4. The intelligent software is able to display and save real-time temperature curve and curing curve.
