Automatic CNC bender is equipped with programming controller PLC servo control system and drove by high-efficiency and high-precision servo motor based on the feed axis and shift axis. It has manual, semi-automatic single-angle, automatic multi-angle and test-run modes, so that it is very easy for operator to use the powerful functions of this bender. It can be operated easily through the touch screen and control panel, of which the touch screen can store over 500 groups of data of the bender. Meanwhile, it can convert X, Y, Z coordinate values to Y,B,C work values. Each program can include 20 different angles of the bender, as well as bending can be set with different bending speed values.
