This is a disc brake specially designed for bicycles with no fixed seat of bicycle frame and it can eliminate the trouble caused by welding of the fixed seat. The housing is made of high strength aluminum alloy A13560, and the pull rod is made of double-layer material, namely the inner is Gr. 42 and the exterior layer is ABS. The connecting rod is made of Gr. 42. only the location of one brake piece in the housing is adjustable, and to achieve the best brake effect, please adjust the distance between the two brake pieces to 2.6mm (it is adjusted when out of the factory). The surface is coated with plastic or sprayed with paint, and the product color is determined as required. The location of the binder can be adjusted through the adjusting bolts on the both sides of the binder, which makes installation more convenient.
