Seal structure

The seal structure of the common butterfly valve is sealed by the extrusion rubber outer the body, or by the PTFE seal.The wear torque is high, the valve will wear if the disk and the seat crushed, worn, and laniate.

So, the valve can leak rapidly, decrease the life, and range is resistant.

The pressure is 1.0MPa---4.0MPa and at the temperature is -29--150c, The butterfly valve can run well.The butterfly valve adopt the ball face of disk and ball face of the seat.The higher the pressure is, the better the performance is(the principle of the seal is similar with the check valve).The seal material of the seat adopt the virgin PTFE or PTFE filling, and the frictional factor that with the metal disk ball face is small, only 0.07, it also resistant temperature, resistant cauterization and resistant the aging, increasing the pressure, extending the life, expanding the usage range.
