Corrosion-resistant Aluminum with specific Formulation.
Aluminum itself has nature character of fast temperature rising, high thermo efficiency, low consumption. Convection plus radiation model.
Melted in 730oC and forged with 800T-2000T Die-casting machine.
To avold the problem of welded seam corrosion and coefficient of thermal expansion mal-conformation.
Internal corrosion spray painting technology guarantees the safe usage in water (4<=pH<=10.4~19° F hardness).
Make the products dry, smooth, durable and hard to change color after its surface completing electrophoresis, powder spray and baking process. Will not release any harmful substance when using.
Module assembled. Easy to increase or decrease the module. Hlded scald-proof design for water course, which guarantees the safe usage under T<=120oC heating and colding system.
