BZ series utilize physiochemical means to recover deteriorated transformer oil andbreaker oil while removing the acid content, suspended matter and precipitatedresidues in oil. It utilizes a special purification, which allows transformer tostay running in normal manner without switch off of power and change of oil. Thebasic content and anti-oxygenic property of oil remain the same after treatment,and is brought back to the specification of new oil; insulator property andsafety of equipment are enhanced while cost is reduced by 90% compared with conventionalway of oil-change. It is recommended to use the recycling device afteroil withstand voltage is treated to an acceptable range, in which case cost willbe even more lower and its effect will be more evident
