The VCAM/IR-500 is designed from the ground up to exacting outdoor performance specifications and can withstand the harshest environmental conditions with its custom outdoor housing.

The camera features a 1/3 Super View image sensor for the highest quality picture under the lowest lighting conditions. The front of the camera is surrounded with a large array 9 IR high-power LED illuminators. When automatically activated by low light levels, these special illuminators provide an illumination distance that exceeds 250 feet Combine all this with a specially designed 9-25mm f1.8 varifocal lens and a unique coating to prevent IR illumination focus shift, and you have the best of all worlds.
