There are 2 manufacturing bases under Shanghai CP Petro, which have got the relevant qualification certificates from DNV, ABS, LR, and ASME respectively. We have ability on the aspect of smelting, casting (investment & sand), forging (close die & open die), welding and machining. And we have complete means of testing and inspection.

We supplied already differents components manifolds, & pig receivers launchers which are used for offshore platform, wellhead & Christmas tree assemblies; pumps, wheel, gear and various valves: butterfly valves, gate valves, ball valves, check valves, globe valves etc in accordance with API 6A & 6D as well as various materials.

We would like to cooperate with you in supplying the valves components in forging or casting such as: flanges, bonnets, body, etc. We supply already the bodies with high pressure to 15000psi.
