Description:
1. The raw material is in sinamay material which is from a plant called Abaca, The material is weaved by traditional weave machine. The density of the sinamay we use are all A class in 17x17 dip. The dying is in AZO free which is able to meet the European Country .
2. The raw material cames in fabric, we sent out for dying the colors we need, then we add the gluing on, After that, we use the pattern to cut different part.
3. Black sinamay hats. We can made them in 2 layers or 3 layers according to your demand.
4. The sweatband is in 3cm satin sweatband, which has a small elastic band inside in order to give it a big size range. When the people who has a small headsize can pulled the elastic band to offer a smaller size.
5. The trimming is weared at the right eye side.
