CNC Cutting Machine (EPS Foam Cutting Machine)

CNC multi electric wire cutting machine is widely used in cutting of arbitrary two-dimensional shape for various foam products EPS, XPS, Such as complex 3D logo graphic, architectural models, home improvement materials, film props, pipe insulation in bulk cutting.
The main features are as following:
1. Machine main frame material is divided into two parts, adopting high strength square steel for the bearing pedestal, to ensure no distortion, no collapse after long-time using.
The workbench panel adopts epoxy insulation board, nice and practical. The cutting machine frame adopts professional aluminum and special connectors fixed, to ensure lightweight and smooth processing.
2. The machine uses stepper motor for smooth motion, governor free, suitable for cutting special graphics, meeting variable speed requirements. And uses a dedicated drive screw, which can guarantee the precision requirements of the products. The mechanical control accuracy reaches at 0.1 mm;
3. The cutting machine is installed with 20 electric wire, it can cut 20 pieces same products at the same time.
4. The cutting machine uses our self-developed special cutting software, CAD programming, easy to use, fast response, automatically tracking the completion of the cutting process. The cutting machine also have trip protection features, power outage memory function, reverse cutting and mirror symmetry, backlash compensation function.
5. In addition, for the rotating platform can be equipped with 5-axis cutting as per customer's requirement.
6. The cutting size can be customized according to customer requirements, the size range: Length (2 ~ 4m) × Width (1.5 ~ 3m) × High (1.5 ~ 3m), which fully meet user demand for a variety of sizes.
