CNC Cylindrical Gear Shaving Machine For Wind Power Gears Wiht Servo Motor
Description:
The Model YH4180 CNC Gear Shaving Machine is mainly used for machining φ200 ~ 800mm internal and
external cylindrical gears. The machine is easy to operate, it has automatic cycle, and production efficiency is high. It is suitable for motorcycle, tractor, heavy machine, wind power generation and so on.
The machine is vertical layout with four axes CNC control system. The servo motor driven ball screw so that
drives column to realize column's horizontal travel; servo motor driven ball screw so that drives slide to realize cutter support’s vertical travel; servo motor driven worm gear pair so that drives cutter rotation to realize adjust travel of cutter helix angle. The worktable’s rotation adopts torque motor to driving; worktable’s rotation holder adopts rotary table bearing. The movement is stable, processing is high accuracy.
