Machine features:
1)CNC ZX25S vertical boring &milling machine have the functions of drilling, milling and boring, suitable for the processing of drilling, hole-expansion, reaming, boring, milling flat surface, curve and groove. Since the repeatability positioning accuracy of worktable is 0.01mm and positioning accuracy is 0.025mm, the machine is applicable for the consistence of processed holes on the condition of appropriate processing craft and cutting requirements and the accuracy of curve processing is higher.

2)the control system used on this machine have more functions and is stable, suitable for mass production of work pieces with different shapes and with requirements for high accuracy and also for unit or mass processing in mould factory.

3)for the purpose of triaxial rapid feeding under non-cutting condition, X, Y, Z axes have adopted composite stepping motor, the rapid traverse rated is 5m/min, and with servo motor, the rate is 8m/min. Equpped with high rigid and high-speed spindle, the machine have better cutting rigidity and speed. The spindle speed can reach 2000rpm/6000rpm.
