Description: 

Cemented carbide, also called tungsten carbide, hard alloy, hard metal or widia, which is a high wear resistant material composed of at least one metal carbide constituent. As a kind of ideal carbide cutting tool, it is suitable for making milling cutter and drilling bits.

Our carbide rods are sintered by vacuum HIP furnace so that we can guarantee products are with uniform microstructure, high strength and high hardness.

Our tungsten carbide rods are available in standard diameters with length 330mm. And we can provide H6

grinding service. Customization is available by request.

- with 90% tungsten carbide, 10% cobalt 

- Made of 0.6 micron superfine TC powder

- Hardness(HRA): 92-92.3
