Description:
This equipment is a specialized machine set for the production of profile steel. It is designed and produced according to the requirements of our customers.
The first step of the operation is to feed the raw material onto the feeding rack and then feed the material manually into the main forming machine after uncoiling and straightening.
Secondly, the raw materials will be deformed and changed into geometry by operating the main mould on the main forming machine together with some special auxiliary forming devices to eliminate the internal force of straightening devices. The product will be cut at a fixed length by the cutter so as to guarantee the straightness of the products.
Finally, the finished products will be moved away from the receiving platform.

It is used for steel structural framings.
