Applications:

 

Carving pattern rollers are used for gravure coating, laminate coating, flexography and gravure printing. Gravure pattern, mesh and depth are selected depending on coating materials and amount, base materials and feed speed. 

 

 

Descriptions

 

The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc.

 

After quenching the surface hardness can reach HR c52-58. If choose chrome plate and polish the surface, the hardness can reach HRC 62.

 

With imported polishing machine and raw materials, the roller surface roughness can reach Rao.01 and concentricity is less than 0.02mm.

 

 

Standard: ANSI,ASTM,ASME,DIN,GB etc.

 

Size: customized
