The DC plasma hotting that we make use of is a very important method for CVD diamond growth. During the processes of the deposition, activated gas-phase carbon-containing precursor is transmitted to the substrate to form polycrystalline diamond at far lower than the atmospheric presssure, so the property of CVD diamond we manufacture is close to one of the nature diamond IIa.
