2. Description:
The edge milling machine of our company is the new generation product of traditional edge milling machine. Compared with traditional edge milling machine, the guide rail installation form of our product is dismountable. Through heat treatment, the structure of the machine bed is more reasonable and the milling head works stably and reliably. The feed system and returning system are independent completely, which allows for quick returning and high efficiency. The angle adjustment for milling cutter is convenient. The customized milling cutter and standard milling cutter can achieve mutual exchange to facilitate users to operate the equipment.
3 goods supply range
a. Main machine: body, press beam, wall plate, milling part, material support frame, electrical control system.
b. Machine tool: one standard facing cutter, one cutter drag bar, one axle, one press screw, one pressure screw, one tool spanner, one M10 socket screw wrench.
c. Spare parts: one set milling change gear, one set hydraulic press oil cylinder seal loop, two 2A, and two 4A melt cores.
d. Hydraulic system: there’s one set of hydraulic pump station inside of the machine, and press oil pump and circuit under press girder.
e. Electrical control system: there is electrical control box and operation panel at one side of the machine body, also one set of electrical control box and operation panel on the milling parts.
