Shipping policy: all our shoes are new, and are packed in boxes with retro card,
cardboard or paper insert and shoe paper. We ship out shoes at 5:00pm (local time)
every day except of Sunday. After we receive the payment, your order will be
shipped in the next day, and we will provide you a tracking number. We use DHL,
TNT priority mail in America. Delivery time is between 3 to 5 days after your package
has been shipped. We work closely with the shipping service agents and each
order is carefully packed.

3) Kids' sizes: 11c-2.5y
Refund and re-shipping:
If shoes were worn or were the wrong style and/or color or could not be delivered
(held at customs), we would 100% re-ship within 7 days.
