Kaifeng Lanxiang Electric Bicycle Co., Ltd., is a joint venture invested by the Hongkong blue sky (International) Ltd. It was the biggest electric vehicle production base in Central China, and was located at the Jinyuan Industrial Park in Tongxu County, Henan. It was in the south of Longhai road and Lianhuo road, the west of the Beijing-Kowloon Freeway, the east of Jingguang Railway and Xinzheng International Airport, and two freeways which were named Rinan and Ashen passes through it.

The company occupies a total area of more than 400 mu and a building area of 100, 000 square meters, with 27 plants of steel standardization, 12 production lines of automation standard, more than 100 million Yuan worth of fixed assets. There were 60 technical staff of high and mid-level, 22 enterprise managerial personnel of high, intermediate, more than 800 skilled workers in the first line, and 280 marketing planners. Main production "Lanpai" was of different types, such as simple electric bicycle, luxury electric bicycle, electric motor bicycle, electric tricycle, and electric child bicycle.
