GDC-Q5 electro-magnetic high-vacuum gas valve connects with high & low vacuum system. When the valve is electrified, it connects together P & A end pipeline. When the valve outraged, the valve plate close and turn off the P &A end pipeline in order to protect the vacuum degree, At the same time fills gas to A end through F end.
GDC-5 series electro-magnetic high-vacuum gas valve connects with high & low vacuum tubes to connecting or cutting off the airflow in the vacuum system.
The applicable active medium of GDC-Q5 & GDC-5 valve are clean air, non-corrosive gas.
