F4 Lined Straight Pipes

Teflon (PTFE or F4 in short) is one of the strongest corrosion-resistant materials in the world. But, In the other side, It has severe defects that its hot- inflation&cold deflation ten times steel and its inherent cold flow property. While we producing PTFE lined pipeline, fittings and using it, when working condition is in high temperature, this defects will cause blocking the circulation of medium, the PEFE lined ply will shrunken inside while it elongate excessively, . When at low temperature, the PTFE ply will leak as it was ripped by shrinking excessively. So that effect its extensive usage. After long-time study by our company, we improve PETE lined pipeline constantly.

During the wrapping procedure in production, we use stainless steel silk to wrap the inside of F4, control F4 hard and fast line flex freely, make its hot- inflation&cold deflation lower to be consistant with steel, remove the effect of cold flow, strengthen inner pipe's rigidity, lengthen F4 lined pipeline's usage life greatly, solve the problem which met when customer use it, sharp change of temperature, different material's hot- inflation&cold deflation coefficient caused F4 flex. Meanwhile, Our new created F4 pipeline, the first in this line, is in the front ranks of the world, had solved the problem of its bad capacity of resisting negative pressure. It can be stably used under the temperature250degree, even in any chemical medium with strong corrosion-resistant and abrupt temperature transformation
