The double sealing system of metal-to-metal and metal-to-nonmetal betwwen the gage and seat makes the valve sealed more effectively.

The special structure of stem packing, which is injected sealing grease to form high-pressure space, can decease the friction, and improve the sealing property.

The close contact between the gate and seat, plus the action of sealing grease, effectively prevents the foreign material in medium from entering the sealing areas, and more effectively protects the sealing surfaces from damage and decreases the force required for opening and closing the valve.

The special nitriding treatment improves the wear and corrosion resistance of the internal parts contacted with medium, and increases their erosion-resistant capacity against oil and gas.

The standardized parts and components and the reasonable structure allow the Chuanshi gate valves to have lower manufacuturing cost and more reasonable price, and make them easy to maintain at worksite.

The Chuanshi gate valve is available in the bore sizes from 50 to 400mm, and is designed for use in the applications of working pressure from 1.6 to 10Mpa, and is rated for service temperature from -29 to 121ºC
