Flattened Expanded Metal Sheet

Flattened expanded metal sheet has a smooth surface unlike the raised expanded metal sheet. The flattened expanded metal sheet is expanded in the regular form, which is same as the raised expanded metal sheet. Then the sheet passed through a cold rolled reducing mill, which can elongate the length and remain the same width. Additional, through this process, the raised surface of expanded metal sheet will be flattened. Finally, the sheet will be sent through a leveler to maintain its flatness.

Flattened expanded metal sheet can be made of low carbon steel sheet, aluminum sheet and stainless steel sheet. The low carbon steel sheet will be galvanized and PVC coated to improve the corrosion and rust resistance performance. Aluminum flattened expanded metal sheet owns light wight and good corrosion resistance performance, which is economical and good condition. The stainless steel flattened expanded metal sheet is the most durable and solid type, which is corrosion, rust, acid and alkali resistance.
