Gas Over Oil Valve Actuator (GDO-09Y-140/LBP-1000)

Scotch-yoke gas over oil actuator is manufactured by Chengdu Zhonghuan Flow Controls Mfg. Co., Ltd. based on our own design. We draw the strong points of like products from America and Europe, and we also make further optimization on the overall design details of the actuator.

Scotch-yoke gas over oil actuator has a parabola-shape torque curve, which fits close with that of the quater-turn valve. This guarantees the safety of the valve during its running process.

Scotch-yoke gas over oil actuator is designed in modules, which have gone through strict prototype tests. We have a digital torque test bench to test the torque of the actuator at every angle. We have a complete quality system to supervise the purchase of every part of the actuator and the overall assembly and test of the whole actuator. The actuator has control functions as follows:

1. Local control: Hydraulic hand pump; Local pneumatic levers;

2. Remote control: Solenoid valve control;

3. Automatic control: Line break protector-LBP-1000 to collect, analyze and record pressure data of the pipeline; Line over-pressure and break protection; Pressure drop rate protection.
