FC type gate valves adopts integral open die forging or closed die forging, which subject to customers' choice. No any welding on body of valve guarantee high quality especially for high pressure gate valves. Closed die forging body makes metallographic organization more closely-spaced and uniform, and resistance to high pressure greatly.

Gate and seats are supersonically sprayed with hard alloy coating, which provides good resistance to wear and corrosion.
