Gate valve, OS&y, according to DIN 3352 std., with RF flanged ends, bolted bonnet, flexible wedge, pn 16, stem roughness 16 rhs, with bare-shaft, end to end lengths to DIN std., material a216 wcb, trim 5, back seat bush screwed in the bonnet and hardfaced with stellite 6, gland follower, flange and gland bolting in ss316, bonnet bolting to ASTM a193/b7 and a194/2h, with top flange for electric actuator according to DIN 3338 form c - dog coupling.
Quality of casting to mss sp-55, with first coat of paint in very thin layer only so that it is easy to sandblast, no copper or its alloys shall be used for any part of the valve, testing to en 12266-1, 2 in full extension I. E. Shell, seat-closure, back-seat and functional tests f20 must be given the upermost attention, further closure testing and functional testing of valves with stem in inclined position 20° Left and 20° Right - valves must be fully functional when installed in inclined position, with certificate to en 10204-3.1.
