3. Cutting

After pouring and foaming, the base quietly stops to certain hardness for cutting. Overturn the cake 90 degrees through the turning hoister machine. Firstly cutting horizontally, and then cutting vertically.

4. Steam curing

The block reaches certain quantity through travelling marshalling, and then entering to autoclave for 11h steaming 

5. Out of autoclave
