Description:
The machine grinds gears with the grinding-indexing principle similar to the gear-rack generation, during which the grinding wheel (the rack) and the gear (the workpiece) generates continuously. The machine is characterized by high efficiency and high precision with the combination of the synchronous transmission.
1.The machine is equipped with a REXROTH CNC control system and a digital servo system, or a SIEMENS CNC control system, capable of 3-axis simultaneous movements (or 2-axis simultaneous movements),or the tangential movement of the workpiece (X-axis), the radial movement of the workpiece (Y-axis) and the rotating & indexing movements of the workpiece (A). .
2. The reciprocating movements of the grinding wheel slide are driven by means of a special motor through a frequency converter. Stepless speed regulations may performed according to the requirements of machining processes
3.The grinding wheel spindle is driven by means of a special built-in motor.
4. With fixed machine programs, the machine operation is very convenient. The operator needs only to input the data of the workpiece and the feedrate.
5. In order to guarantee the reliability of the machine, all the CNC control system, the major electrical and hydraulic components, the bearings, the lead screws, the linear guideways and the sealing parts are imported or well-known Chinese brands.
6. An independent electrical cabinet with an air conditioner is equipped for the machine.
7. An independent cooling system is available for the machine and a proper cooler is equipped.
8. A safe enclosure with a mist exhausting device is equipped on the machine.
