High Quality EPDM Rubber Duckbill Check Valve (ZXF-T)

Manufactured with an integral reinforced rubber flange complete with metal backing rings, the ZHW series can be bolted directly to a headwall, tank wall or pipe flange. It is available in standard sizes up to 96 inches but we can also supply any valve size to meet your exact needs.

Flat faced, reinforced rubber flanges with metal backing rings are drilled in accordance with customer specifications. In addition to piping industry standards, unique dimensions and shapes of flanges are also available.

Flange backing rings are available in galvanized steel or painted steel and stainless steels depending on the application. We recommend using stainless steel backing rings.

Larger diameter valves are supplied with a lifting clevis to assist the installation of the valve. The same clevis can be used to support the valve and water weight in service.

Duckbill valves are unique, one-piece, elastomeric components that act as backflow prevention devices or one-way valves or check valves. The design and structure of duckbill check valves make them widely applicable in pressured fluid environments. The elastomer bill design is low-maintenance, rust-free, and can be highly responsive to very subtle pressure changes across line fluid.

The main advantage of duckbill valves over other types of one-way valves is that duckbill valves are self contained as opposed to valves where a sealing element has to engage with a smooth seat surface to form a seal.

Zhonghaiwei Rubber Duckbill Check Valves are available in various elastomeric material, including medical and food grade silicone and hydrocarbon resistant fluorosilicone rubber to handle a broad range of media and temperatures.
