Hydraulic Cylinder Application and Maintenance
(A) Mounting Notes
1. Before mounting, pay attention to match the mark to the parameters you're ordered.
2. Mounting position and condition should be kept clean.
3. Dirt removal, oxide skin, chip and so on prior to lines and fuel tank installed.
4. Hot bending and welding pipeline should be pickling, neutralizing, oiling immediately.
5. Using lint-free cloth or special paper for cleaning.
6. Do not use linen threads, adhesives and sealing tape for sealing.
(B) Notes for use
1. Hydraulic oil model should coincidence with the requirements of hydraulic cylinder or system; Usually use HL, HLP series mineral oil.
2. Pay attention to the oil temperature and pressure changes should meet the specifications, the oil temperature should not exceed the rated temperature, in order to maintain system stability, it is recommended oil temperature is kept ± 5 C consistently.
3. Check the oil's pureness meets the requirements or not, pollution of working fluid does not exceed the international standard 20/17 level of ISO4066.
4. Under the no-load pressure, loosing plugs of discharge, after exhaust, re-twisted tight.
(C) Maintenance Notes
1. Periodically adding oil to the joint bearings, bushings, hinge points, pin, etc.
2. Periodically inspecting performance of cylinder sealing.
3. The piston rod should be returned to the end before remove the cylinder, then cut off the oil source, loosing the oil port connector, so that oil pressure down to zero, and to remove cylinder oil.
4. Moving parts of cylinder seals are damageable parts, when the internal and external leakage level exceeds the need of replacement, the replacement to avoid scratching seal lips; It is recommended to use special tools.
5. Storage conditions: Dry, dust-free, non-corrosive materials, non-high-temperature gas, and if the storage period more than 6 months, should filled with anti-corrosion oil and sealed it.
