6. Safer and more environment friendly Complete combustion and less emission of injurants. The emission of CO < 50ppm, NOX < 20ppm, is only 10% of the national emission standards. No carbon deposition.

8. Wider application Not only can be used in open space such as Chinese stoves, but also in closed environments such as seafood steamer, steam generator and boiler etc.
