Kiln Furniture Ceramic Sagger

UNIPRETEC product line offers a new way to fire critical components. At the core of the UNIPRETEC product is a porous high purity alumina plate that has been treated for High temperature use. UNIPRETEC is available with the option of three types of coating compositions to act as a non reactive surface. the current available coatings are Ceria, YSZ and Alumina. In addition to providing a non-reactive surface these coatings act to reduce drag and provide a smooth dust free surface.

In less critical applications, kiln saggers and kiln setters can be made from our product lines. Specialized coatings and technical support are available upon request.
