Mainly used for clinical anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, anesthesia (including thoracoscopy or abdominal surgery for mucosal anesthesia) and nerve conduction block. Also be used for acute myocardial infarction and ventricular tachycardia premature ventricular contractions, can be used to digitalis toxicity, cardiac surgery and cardiac catheterization-induced ventricular arrhythmias. But arrhythmias are usually ineffective.
