All cylinders are manufactured from special grade steel SG 255 which is meant for cylinder manufacturing, Capacity: Anything from 3 to 50 KG can be made. Dimensions are upto the customer as the die making facility is in-house we can cater to everyone. Quality is controlled by 3rd party inspectors who are directly affiliated with Germanischer Lloyd of Hamburg, Germany. Along with this we carry out tests like elongation, tensile and yield strength of the cylinder is done for 1 in every 200 cylinders. 1 in every 500 is burst tested. To further assure quality we pressure check those at 5 times more pressure then the official limit. All Cylinders are shot blasted or sand blasted (As per customer demand) to ensure the surface is absolutely clean for surface treatment. Zinc and powder coating facility is also available. LPG cylinder reconditioning is also done on our plant.
