| (Step 1.) Prepare leather material, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc. We have regular material supplier / factory. | (Step 5.) Put the rubber bladder into the leather shell. Use glue to stick it to the leather. |
| (Step 2.) Make the leather to pieces according to rugby ball panels , make sure them adjusting to correct size. | (Step 6.) Exam air leakage. Inflate the rugby ball, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified rugby balls. |
| (Step 3.) Assembly all the pieces need printed on printing production line. You can choose the logo to print on one~four panels. | (Step 7.) Lastly deflate all qualified rugby balls, pack each one in a polybag, then into standard export carton to be shipped out. |
