1, Characteristics: 

Equips with Auto Turret, close loop loading system, key panel and touch screen double input methods, blue tooth transferring technology, max loading force at 1Kgf (Vicky MHV-1000).

5.2” color touch screen with innovative interface design, makes force selection, dwell time setting, scale conversion and data reading, transferring, printing more convenient and fast.

Operator can smoothly switch objectives and indenter by auto turret, maximally avoid damages of objectives, indenter and force system by manually operation. 

One touch operation of diagonal line by high resolution measurement/observation objectives and built-in length encoder high definition digital eyepiece. 

Auto hardness conversion from vickers scale HV to HK, HBW, HRA, HRB, HRC, superficial rockwell scales, etc.

Equips with Bluetooth Device, optional Bluetooth printer and computer acceptor is available to realize wireless printing and data transferring.

Abundant optional auxiliary devices to make hardness measurement more automated and eliminate human operation error. MV series vickers software is recommended, includes USB camera, C-mount adapter and computer.

Testing very thin materials like foils, thin pieces, coatings layers, etc;

Measuring hardness of the surface of a part, small parts or small areas;

Measuring individual micro-structures;

Measuring the depth of case hardening by sectioning a part and making a series of indentations to describe a profile of the change in hardness.
