Installed in the outlet pipe of the pump in the pumping station of water intaking, water sending, pressurization and sewage, the valve has three functions as electric driving valve, check valve and water hamper eraser. The valve features in minimum failure, tightly closing and reliable for water hamper erasing, which not only ensures the safety and reliability of water supply, but also satisfies the automation demands of water supply engineering equipments.
Characteristics
High safety and reliability: This valve has three methods for water hamper erasing as rapid-close, slow-close and energy-absorbing cavity, and the water hamper eraser and the valve operation is interlocked.
No operation control: When the pump is started or stopped, the valve will operate automatically according to the regulations of the pump, adopting the pressure difference between the medium at both ends of the valve as the driving and control force.
No specialized testing: Since the operation of the valve will never be affected by the height difference, outlet pressure and flow rate variation, it can be widely adopted.
Long life expectancy and almost maintenance free.
Good in energy-saving: The resistance loss is less because the pressure in the low cavity from the inlet can sustain the weight of the film depressor and the valve rod.
