The digital multiport valve is Our newly developed valve for oil/gas metering. It embodies to patented technologies. The piping and installation design of this valve is proper and simple, and it can automatically compensate seal wearing to avoid interference of normal operation. It has been widely used in oil field surface engineering.
Structural make-up and working mechanism:
The valve consists of valve body, valve cap, valve core and a connection frame, There are several oil ports for oil from well, together with a gathering and transferring port and a metering port. The seal between the upper opening of valve core and oil inlet port on the valve body is implemented through spring loading that presses the seal ring.
Technological features:
The metering port on the valve body structure is a transverse side port, making piping and installation easy and convenient.
The control structure is reliable, and has no cumulative error.
The valve core part adopts a automatic compensating design which effectively prevents inner leakage due to wearing of seal surface, thus prolongs the valve's life
