1. Materials: aluminum alloy (Japanese ADCl2 and USA A360)
3. Surface: done with shot blasting cleaning and chromate treatment
4. The groove of the product is embedded with metal screen to prevent radio interference. It has a good grounding, radio shielding and leak resistance property
5. The product is sealed with silicon rubber strip and can bear temperature as high as 200 oC and as low as -80oC, with no distortion. It has no leakage within 2 minutes under 0.7MPa air pressure
Test: salt spray resistance test is done three times in continue for 8 hours, and no rust occur; 9 grids have been made in an area of 32mm x 32mm, but no cast occurs within 10 times test which using adhesive tape to test adhesive force
