Paper stenciled concrete is a modern way to install patterned concrete. Continuous reinforced cardboard stencils are used to cover a ready mix concrete and then colored oxide hardeners are applied and trowelled over the stencil. After the concrete has reached the first stage of setting, the stencil can be removed. Final step is applying protective sealer. Just like the Stamped color concrete, Paper stenciled concrete enhances the strength of concrete and is hard-wearing, more resistant to scratching, staining and fading.
