Our product range includes:
1, aluminum rotational mould.
Have made around 60 sets of aluminum roto-moulds for variousplayground toys, and about 300 sets of aluminum moulds forcustom molding projects in last 7 years. 85% of them are usedin molding products to be exported to USA, Italy, UK, France,Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Russia, Canada, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan(prc) , Belgium and isreal and ect.

2, custom plastic rotational moulding.
Various plastic parts based on custom designs, including air-blowershells, tool cases, petrol tank, flower planter, water tank forscrubbers, truck roof, stock case for motorcycle, golf equipmentcase, speaker shell, fenders, display case, cool box, playground equipments,  Kayaks, and so on.

Our advantage in technology lies in:
1, as a mould maker for nearly 10 years, especially good at gravitycasting mould and aluminum roto-mould.
2, has the ability to conduct full process in making mould. Woodenpattern workshop,  6 processing centers, 6 digital linearcutters, 5 digital controlled millers, and so on, are setup in our factory.
3,  Nice years of  making aluminum roto-mould andmolding plastic parts,  we accumlated experience of handlingand resolving various difficulty in structure and accurancy.
4, we have R& D department. They can deal with tech-drawingscomposed by pro-engineer, CAD, solid works, unigraphics (majorly) ,and mastercam.
5, generally, our lead time in making mould is 35 days. It variesper to the design of mould.
6, roto-molding OEM service. We have Eight roto-machines, oneof them has three arms and each of which isof  120 inches long and is able to moldproducts within 110 inches long.
7, we''d like to help assembling parts to a complete product basedon our extremely competitive cost.
8, foaming is available as we have a foaming injection machine tomake cases strong.
