deviation tolerance: from 3arcsec to 5arcmin, based on different requirements
Flatness: Labmda/2 (standard), Lambda/4 (high precision) at 633nm or upon requests
Surface quality: 60-40,40-20 or 20/10 scratch and dig
Coating on input and output sides: AR coating or Customer design
