PU Wood Furniture Low Pressure Polyurethane Foam Injection Machine
Preface
HC-202 series low pressure injection machine is our classical injection machine which was designed for PU furniture production line. It consists of frame work, materials day tanks, cool/ heat water heater, gear pumps, inverters, high speed stirrer, PLC computer control system and other accessory elements.
Its HMI provides powerful function menu when planted with temperature control, pressure, speed parameter settings, pouring recipes, faults alarm and so on.
To cater different production requirements for numerous customers, we have developed multi-composition and –function equipment for the market, which have played a big role in stimulating the development speed on polyurethane industry around the world.
Application scope of polyurethane (PU) injection machine:
PU wood imitation furniture; decorative construction materials, shoes soles, PU toys and dolls, art works, carton figures and so on.
