AgentWine: After some years only producing Red, Rosé and Port wines, the winery, wanting to surprise and to match market expectations, started the production of White Wines in 2009. Revolta Reserve is produced from a careful selecion of grapes cultivated in high altitude vineyards. This second edition of the wine presents great character and freshness with well-balanced fruitiness.

Tasting Notes:
Flavor - Citric fruity with a slight exotic floral, involved by vanilla and a light smoke from the barrel, with a mineral end .
Mouth - We can appreciate the good notes of citric freshness (lemon and lime) involved by a tense mineral body. It ends fatty and persistent.
Recommended Gastronomic Harmonization: Light meat and fish dishes, salads or as an aperitif.
