It is applied to oil-product medium with the working temperature is lower than or equal to 30oC. When oil-pressure is 2% higher than the upper threshold for working oil- pressure, safety relief valve shall begin to discharge oil; When oil-pressure gets close to 16% of the upper threshold for working oil-pressure, all of the safety relief valves shall be opened; When oil-pressure is lower than the lower working oil-pressure threshold, the safety relief valves shall be closed, and the volume of oil-discharge by safety valve is lower than 1% of the transported oil by the oil-pump.
