Production casing: Protect production layer, provide tunnel for oil & gas.
The OD of casing is from 114.3 to 508mm.

Seamless casing blank is manufactured by advanced Accu-roll, enhance the anti-collapsing performance of tubing & casing body; The company developed and patented tooling and fixture, such as pipe end inner and outer support device, toolbar strengthening device to improve pipe clamping rigidity, reduce clamping distortion, eliminate cutting oscillation, improve thread quality.
Increase casing weld impact through improving ERW extrusion variable and welding angle. ERW finished casing welds have good performance, the impact value is nearly the same as base metal.
The bodies of casing have even WT, small ovality, smooth thread surface, no stress concentration area, good tensile, anti-collapsing and sealing performance.
